knitted shoulder wrap

So, this weekend I finally pulled out a beautiful blue yarn gifted to me by one of the most beautiful people I know….

Its a fluffy, soft and warm blue. I know the picture doesn’t do justice here. But for now, I’d have to live with my BB camera :)… Until I can afford a DSLR *sigh

And yep, it is quite a productive weekend when you let creativity take its toll 🙂

I can’t wait for a cold, rainy day… Or a snowy winter lol

Yeah I can’t wait to show this off.

Little surprises that color my life…

So, after a not so great feedback session, I stepped out of the training room to take care of some mundane tasks….

I got back to find the training room in silent darkness….

I pushed the door open, switched the lights on….

Lookey what I saw on the board….

I beautiful marker painted flower pot….

With a note of love… “To Ruth, a pot filled with performance…. From SBT”

…. And yeah, they did shout out “We love you” as I switched the lights on.

Don’t they know how to melt this heart of mine? Yes, they do….. Oh yes!

Thank God for such little surprises that color my day, my world, my life.

They mean so much to me!!

P.S: these pics were taken with my BB Phone. So they aren’t as clear as I would want them to be…:(

christmas is in the air…

My favourite fragrance candle lit…
Jim Reeves’ White Christmas playing…
Sipping hot tea and crocheting…
Is it Christmas that I feel in the air?

My oh my, how time flies…
But I’m glad it does…
‘Cause I’ll be home this Christmas, with my parents… Yay!!!

Can’t wait…. Can’t wait….

Vera….

This adorable one is Vera, my BFF’s…:)

I get to baby-sit her every now and then. She talks crazy stuff… things that I can never make any sense out of lol.

She also sings and dances…. sweetness!!

Hmmm some day I’d like to play with my own. Yeah I do:)

God recycles….

seen on a T-Shirt….
“God Recycles
He made you out of dust”

the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.
~ Genesis 2:7
He made me out of dust,
breathed on me, the breath of life
and made me into….
something beautiful.
so,
Me without God = dust
A simple yet profound truth that i cannot deny!
